Color, size, and model changes can be made before production begins. Changes may not be possible for made-to-measure products that have entered production; we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

We offer free on-site survey services in certain areas; our team takes measurements on site. For addresses outside the survey service area, you can take your own measurements using our measurement guide and share them with us.

The wall thickness, skirting board, floor level, door frame type, and door opening direction must also be measured—not just the width and height of the opening. The opening direction directly affects circulation space and furniture placement in the room.

Yes. You can choose lacquered colors from the RAL color chart and wood and laminate surfaces from our collection color chart. We recommend examining the sample in both morning and evening light.

In-stock products are shipped within 3-5 business days. For made-to-measure production, the timeframe varies by model and is clearly stated in the order confirmation.

Yes, we provide insured delivery throughout Türkiye through our contracted shipping companies. We call you before delivery to confirm the date and time window.

For products requiring installation, installation is carried out by our team or an installer authorized by us. Clearing the installation area in advance will speed up the process.

If you notice dents, tears, or wetness in the packaging, have the shipping representative prepare a damage report before accepting the product and notify us immediately. The report is required for your damage claim to be covered.

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. User error, impact, contact with water, and unauthorized intervention are not covered by the warranty.

A soft, damp cloth is sufficient for lacquered surfaces. For laminate and PVC surfaces, gentle cleaners recommended by the manufacturer should be used. Abrasive sponges, harsh chemicals, and water left on the surface for extended periods can damage the coating.

Adjusting the hinge resolves the issue in most cases. For adjustment requests during the warranty period, simply contact our team; we also provide paid service support after the warranty period.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-measure products are legally excluded from this scope because they are prepared specifically for the customer.
